Be stronger, more resilient, and ready for our new normal with these one-hour virtual group sessions

In response to the recent world crisis and the enormous impact on our community’s mental well-being, Crested Crane Solutions is now offering support forums to facilitate and encourage healthy conversation and authentic sharing, while also helping to develop coping skills and strategies to help build resilience and adaptation in our world’s new normal.

Refreshed, Restored, Renewed

For those of you who have worked with me before, whether it be on a personal or professional journey (quite frankly, they follow each other), you are likely familiar with my hallmark motto, “Learn to live life by choice, not circumstance,” and there is no better time than NOW to invoke this motto. There is a gift in crisis, an invitation (albeit forced for some 🙂 ) to emerge anew, stronger, more resilient, refreshed and transformed.

In one way or another, we have all been impacted by this pandemic and the world we once knew has been forever altered. It is up to each of us to choose to take this time and use it for good; for ourselves, our families, our workplaces and our communities, and to trust that in doing so, our world will follow along and embrace our new frontier in novel and unprecedented ways. Changes are transitions, and transitions lead to transformations for good, so give yourself and others the gift of modeling growth over despair.

Please join me in conversation and emerge REFRESHED, RENEWED, AND RESTORED. These 1-hour virtual sessions will be held weekly for small groups of up to 8 people and will be filled on a first come basis.

Topics Include:

Change Happens
Change is a normal part and consequence of life, however the human response to change is usually led first by resistance. When something changes, we experience loss and there is a grieving process that goes along with that loss. People have a tendency to hold on to what’s familiar to them even if it wasn’t healthy.

  • Are you struggling to adjust to your new normal?
  • Do you have anger or resentment for the change that is occurring in your life?
  • How can YOU take the resistance and transform it into a scenario that works positively in your life?

Invite the change; welcome the growth.

Workplace Stress
There are leaders and individual contributors who are still working and are doing even more with less. The dynamics of the workplace have changed and so again, we must adjust.

  • How are you coping and keeping your motivation and engagement at work?
  • How are you continuing to inspire with compassion?

Join in on the conversation to discuss ways to do things differently in the new workplace. Let’s welcome a new paradigm shift and discuss the redefining of success and strategies to create a new and unprecedented work experience and work world, together!

Millennials and Gen Z’ers
This one’s for you! You have the largest cohort voice regarding the significance and need for an emotionally balanced and mind-healthy workplace. Come be heard and help shape the new workplace to be more balanced, collaborative, creative, supportive and productive than ever before. Let’s discuss your feelings, thoughts, and ideas on the new frontier. We’ll also explore strategies, techniques, and new coping mechanisms, to add to your toolbox and build your resilience.

Come One, Come All
Join the conversation and feel encouraged to share openly and honestly around your pain, sorrow, resistance, or confusion. Learn to focus on what you can control in the midst of this crisis by understanding and cultivating the choice that we all have.

Remember, it’s on a first-come, first serve basis, with a limit of 8 people, so don’t wait to sign up!
